The WUSFA Foundation

Open by default.

A donation is a trust, and we treat it like one. Here is how we hold ourselves accountable for every dollar that funds school football and scholarships for student-athletes.

Accountable, by design

Consent before a centNothing moves for a child until the checks pass: the school is verified, the student's identity is confirmed, and for anyone under 18 a guardian has given consent.
Front line over overheadOur commitment is to keep the great majority of every gift with student-athletes, boots, kit, coaching and scholarships, and to report that split honestly once we are operating at scale.
No inflated numbersWe will not publish a figure we cannot stand behind. Where a number is not real yet, we say so plainly rather than dress the page with round totals.
Receipts done rightA tax receipt is only ever issued after a gift is actually completed, never for a pledge or an expression of interest.

Annual report 2026

Print / save as PDF

Each year we will publish a full report: what we raised, where it went, and the outcomes it funded, alongside the audited financial statements. The Foundation is at its founding stage, so the first annual report and accounts are not published yet. They will appear here at the close of our first financial year. To ask about our charity registration or governance in the meantime, open a support request and the Foundation office will respond.

Where your gift goes

Gifts fund four things: scholarships that keep a talented child in school and in football, grants of boots, kit and timing gear for under-resourced schools, coaching and officiating development where it is needed most, and mentorship. We report against these categories, not vague causes.
